Section titled “What this will be”The core procedures are written out, and that is the fastest way to look something up. But some training is better watched than read.
The Class Library will hold the recorded classes the team already teaches:
- Recorded sales trainings and role-plays
- Product deep-dives
- Team calls worth keeping
All in one place, organized, so a new agent can watch them in order instead of hunting through chats and old links.
The Class Library is a Phase 2 add-on. It’s a different kind of content from the written procedures (video hosting and course structure), so it’s built after the center is in daily use.
